Excellent service from Jean Ramsay and Pass the Keys
So far I have had a 5 ⭐️ service from Pass the Keys as a landlord. Jean Ramsay helped set me up as a first time short term accommodation host in Poole. She is perfectly organised, excellent communication and very reliable. She would go out of her way to help. She even helped me identify decorating accessories to improve the house and actually purchased them for me. I would recommend Jean and Pass the keys to anyone. Excellent service thus far!
Alexandra is a fantastic pass the key manager!
I had only great experiences with Alexandra who is the Pass the key Manager for my flat for over one and half years. She's taking care of my flat brilliantly and ensures our clients and I are happy about all services. Even in tricky situations she's always 100% professional- she always stays calm to guests when they complain, is always friendly and she works very sufficient and quick. I can trust her she's always doing her best when we have challenges to face with clients or outside services (cleaning/ linen service ect) that are not under her control. I can highly recommend her and think she's a big win for pass the keys, because she really cares! 5 stars plus 🙂

Efficient & friendly co-hosting service
First time we’ve had a co-host for an Airbnb instead of communicating directly with the host, but the whole process was just as smooth & efficient - if not more so! I particularly liked the fact all messages included the name of the PTK team member who’d written it, making the experience more personal.

What a wonderful seamless check in experience. Communication with regards to access codes, check in/check out times, reminders were on point. We accessed the property exactly as described with a completely digital security system. This is the way property access should be managed

Pass The Keys were the property managers at a recent airbnb stay, and I am so grateful to them, as they made the process so simple. They were very communicative and responsive to my questions leading up to and during my stay, and ensured that there was clear instructions on what was expected of me in order to check in/check out.

I had an amazing experience with pass the key. They were so prompt with their responses to my many questions and always got back to me quickly. Their communication was excellent with regard to sending through all the info of the apartment, check in, check out times, keys, bins etc... I would highly rate them and most definitely use them again.
