I have engaged legal representation to protect the ideas within the business plan, to make this FULLY LEGALLY BINDING.
Together we drafted a fully enforceable Non-Disclosure Agreement that requires downloading, printing, physical signing, and dating, followed by photographic documentation (a photo of signed NDA) to be sent to me at dave@daveburton.co.uk. This needs to be sent from your work email. Or personal if that is what you use.
